This morning we read a math comic about ''The micro olympics'' and solved math problems on the back. In writing we wrote a description story about a scarecrow. We went to art to work on our Micah Mullen paintings some people even added some shapes on their landscapes.

Today we had math groups. In math groups we added decimals and subtract decimals.Some people recorded their Hanging Rock writing or laminated them or laminated their experience maps. We went to music in the afternoon and Cara taught us a song called ''Sing along''. We got to perform it at W.A.M. Also at wam Aaron announced the Stories to life(where a child writes a story and each grade a story is chosen and the teachers act it out.) and then Meg announced the literary festival(a child's drawing is chosen to go on a poster and then ones that were really good but did not go on the poster go on bookmarks.)

Today our class did rock sorting in rock types,rock sizes and many more! This was the rock sort that I did!

Today we learned about decimals. We worked on our Hanging Rock stories. The part we really focused on was the ending. Some students even printed their stories today. Some of the experience maps  were finished or very close.Then we went scavenging for rocks around the school. Some rocks were thick or thin or just about in the middle.

Today we worked on finishing our experience maps using fine tip sharpies,  neat handwriting and color.

Today we observed 3 different rocks with a partner. We recorded at least 5 facts about each rock. We used magnifying glasses.    

Today in art started painting our Hanging rock sketches with Micah Mullen. We used color and we took are time

We made rough draft paintings from hanging rock pictures for mica mullen. In math we used tiles.

 We had art very early because of the Hanging rock trip. Then we had a Hanging rock based spelling test. Tomorrow we have to wake up at wake up at 6:00! Soooo late! But still, I can`t wait! It`s the end of the day now! Yaaayy! This is Walker from cpsfc, over and out.

Today in writing we wrote a description of a hooverville,pretty fun. We did project and learned about the three main categories of rock.MUSIC! We did recorders for the first time in 4th grade!
